Our approach
We want genuine problems resolved fairly and quickly. Contact us before returning an item so that we can give you the correct return instructions and reference. Sending goods to an unapproved address may delay inspection and resolution.
Questions or formal notices may be sent to admin@klaasicprints.co.za. Company registration: 2020 / 680387 / 07.
Online-only service: Klaasic Prints primarily trades online and does not operate a customer walk-in retail store. Our business/service address should be published in the website Business Details once configured. Please contact us before sending any return.
Change-of-mind returns
Where a statutory cooling-off right applies to an electronic transaction, we will honour it in accordance with ECTA. Any exclusions permitted by law, including certain goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, may apply. Where no statutory change-of-mind right applies, any discretionary return must be approved by us before it is sent back.
Condition of returned goods
Where legally permitted, goods returned for a non-defect reason should be unused, complete and returned with supplied accessories and packaging. We may inspect returned goods before approving a refund or exchange. Reasonable deductions may apply where permitted by law for use, damage or restoration, but we will not impose a deduction that unlawfully removes a consumer right.
Customised goods
Products printed, embroidered, engraved or otherwise made or altered to your specification generally cannot be returned merely because you changed your mind once production has started, where the law permits this. If customised goods are defective, unsafe, incorrectly produced compared with approved artwork, or otherwise protected by law, please contact us.
Wrong, damaged or defective items
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photographs where helpful. We may arrange collection, request return for inspection, or resolve the matter in another reasonable way. Your remedies for defective goods are governed by applicable consumer law and our Warranty & Defective Goods Policy.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our direct control after we have released the refund. We will communicate the status of the refund and provide reasonable assistance if a processing issue occurs.
Your statutory rights remain protected. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), or other applicable South African law.
