Privacy requests
Klaasic Prints handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy law. Requests concerning access, correction, objection or other POPIA rights can be sent to our published contact address. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.
Information access
Where the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) applies to a request, it will be handled using the process and requirements prescribed by law. A formal PAIA manual or prescribed form may be provided or linked where Klaasic Prints is required to maintain one.
Security incidents
If we become aware of a compromise of personal information that requires notification under applicable law, we will follow the required notification process and take reasonable steps to contain and investigate the incident.

Online-only service: Klaasic Prints primarily trades online and does not operate a customer walk-in retail store. Our business/service address should be published in the website Business Details once configured. Please contact us before sending any return.
Your statutory rights remain protected. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), or other applicable South African law.
