Quality matters
If goods are defective, unsafe, not reasonably suitable for their ordinary purpose, or do not materially match what was agreed, contact us. The CPA provides important rights in relation to the quality of goods and applicable statutory warranties.
Custom printing
A defect is different from a customer-approved design choice. We will investigate production errors such as materially incorrect printing, incorrect item supply or workmanship issues. We are generally not responsible for spelling, sizing, placement or artwork content that was supplied and expressly approved by the customer exactly as produced, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Assessment
We may reasonably ask for photographs, order details or return of the goods so that the issue can be assessed. This process is not intended to obstruct a valid consumer remedy. Where the law gives the consumer a choice of remedy, we will not use this policy to remove that choice.
Misuse and ordinary wear
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect care, unauthorised alteration, accident or ordinary wear is not treated as a manufacturing defect merely because it occurs after purchase. This does not affect any separate right that applies under law.

Your statutory rights remain protected. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), or other applicable South African law.
