Delivery area
Klaasic Prints delivers to supported addresses in South Africa and may offer cross-border delivery by prior arrangement. Available delivery methods, charges and restrictions may depend on the destination, order size and product type.
Processing and production
Stock products and customised products do not always have the same lead time. Production begins only when required payment, stock confirmation, artwork and approvals have been received. Any timeframe displayed or quoted should be read together with those dependencies.
Delivery estimates
We provide delivery or fulfilment estimates in good faith. Unless we expressly agree to a fixed deadline, estimates are not guarantees. We will communicate material delays that become known to us and will honour rights and remedies required by applicable law.
Your delivery information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name and reachable contact number. If incorrect information supplied by you causes a failed delivery, rerouting or return to sender, reasonable additional courier costs may be charged where lawful and disclosed before redelivery.
Receiving an order
Please inspect the parcel as soon as reasonably possible. If the parcel appears damaged, take photographs before discarding packaging and contact us. A courier scan or signature may be used as evidence of delivery, but it does not remove rights you may have if goods are missing, incorrect or defective.
Failed delivery and collection
Where a courier cannot complete delivery because the recipient is unavailable, the address is inaccessible or the customer does not respond, the courier’s redelivery or return process may apply. We will assist reasonably, but additional charges caused by customer-supplied information or repeated failed attempts may be for the customer’s account where permitted.
Questions or formal notices may be sent to admin@klaasicprints.co.za. Company registration: 2020 / 680387 / 07.
Online-only service: Klaasic Prints primarily trades online and does not operate a customer walk-in retail store. Our business/service address should be published in the website Business Details once configured. Please contact us before sending any return.
Your statutory rights remain protected. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), or other applicable South African law.
